Refund policy
Returns
We understand that buying jewelry online can sometimes mean that the product is not as you had expected, so we have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Palaia Bijoux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the transit. However, we are always doing our best to make every client happy, please, contact us at info@palaiabijoux.com in case you have a problem.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions about an exchange, send us an email at info@palaiabijoux.com.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs both ways for the item plus an added labour cost of $10 CAD will be incurred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, based on the condition of the item/s received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@palaiabijoux.com.

If you are shipping an item over $100 CAD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
