Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
Palaia Bijoux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the transit. However, we are always doing our best to make every client happy, please, contact us at info@palaiabijoux.com in case you have a problem.
Shipping fees
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable. Jewelry 300$+ is shipped ONLY with full insurance.
Taxes and charges
Deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties and service fees. Please note that Palaia Bijoux does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
